基于土地流转的农民增收调查研究——以四川省达州市为例

摘　　要：随着农村产业结构调整,农村二、三产业的发展和农村劳动力的转移,农村土地流转呈现加速的态势。但是由于思想意识、家庭联产承包模式、缺乏健全的市场机制和有效的管理机构等原因,达州市土地流转步伐仍较缓慢、对农民的增收贡献仍有待提高。文章通过对达州土地流转和农民通过土地流转后收入增长幅度的调查,分析达州市土地流转的困境和探寻农民增收路径。With the adjustment of rural industrial structure, the development of industries and the transfer of rural labor, the trend of rural land transfer is accelerating. Because of ideology, the mode of household contract, lacking a sound market mechanism and effective management agency, the land transfer pace of Dazhou was still slowly and the contribution to farmers＇ income need to be improved. This article through investigation the revenue growth of Dazhou land transfer, analyzes the plight of land transfer and explore the path of increasing farmers＇ income in Dazhou.
