摘　　要：养老方式的转变促成了旅游活动与养老服务的有机结合,养老旅游成了区域经济的新增长点。数据研究发现,云南旅游产业融资满足度仅为50%左右,且随着老龄化趋势加剧,养老旅游产业所暴露出的融资缺口将会越发明显,产业价值链开发和融资模式设计显得尤为迫切。产业链上端,有必要依托市场资源优势撬动融资杠杆,满足养老旅游项目建设需求;而产业链中下游,切合老年消费群体的实际需求设计推广高端、基础、保障性养老旅游产品,利用地缘优势形成养老旅游产业集群,都将促使云南新型资本市场巩固创新。Changes in the way of old-age care leads to the combination of tourism activities and the pension services. Therefore, pension tourism has become a new growth point of regional economy. According to the statistics, the satisfaction of financing of tourism industry in Yunnan is only about 50%, and with the rapid growth of aging population, the financing gap of pension tourism industry will become more obvious. As a result, the development of industrial value chain and the design of financing model seem extremely urgent. At the upper end of the industrial chain, it is necessary to take good advantages of market resources to balance the financing leverage and meet the requirement for the construction of old-age tourism projects. In the middle and lower reaches of the industrial chain, high-level, basic and integrated products of pension tourism are designed and promoted according to the actual demands of elderly consumers. Besides, the cluster of pension tourism industry is formed by use of the geographical advantages. All these will promote the consolidation and innovation of the new capital market in Yunnan.
