摘　　要：通过建立基于威布尔分布的既有住宅寿命测算模型,弥补了已有研究使用威布尔分布推断既有住宅寿命研究的不足。使用神木县既有住宅寿命的样本数据对该模型进行了检验,将神木县县城内的既有住宅按照建造年代分为四类,分别对每一类住宅总体的威布尔分布进行拟合检验,以此为基础,根据每类住宅的样本来对神木县住宅的总体情况进行参数估计,测算出了神木县县城内各类住宅的平均寿命。By establishing the calculation model based on Weibull distribution for existing residential building life, this essay makes up for the deficiencies of previous studies. This essay takes the data of Shenmu County＇ s residential building life for example to validate the model. Shenmu＇ s existing residential building is divided into four categories according to the construction time, and fitting test is conducted for each type of building separately. On this basis, it estimates parameters overall according to each type of sample of residential building, then estimates the average life of various types of residential building of Shenmu County.
