居民参与社区社会组织的影响因素

摘　　要：为了解决居民在社区建设中参与不足的问题,访问了776名城市居民,并采用计划行为理论,发展出了一套解释居民是否参与社区社会组织的框架。逻辑斯蒂回归表明,居民并没有认识到社区社会组织所具备的独特价值;党员身份有利于促进社区参与,但是具有宗教背景的居民尚未得到充分动员;只有在政府和居委会让渡空间的前提下,居民才能充分参与到社区建设当中。In order to solve the tough problem of residents＇ insufficient participation in community building, 776 urban residents of China have been done a wide range survey. The Planned Behavior Theory is adopted, and an analytical framework has been developed that explains whether residents participate or not in Community Social Organizations （CSOs for short）. Findings of Logistic Regression show that residents have not recognized the unique value of CSOs ; the identity of Communist Party member promotes community participation, while resi- dents with religious backgrounds have not been fully mobilized; residents participate only when government and neighborhood committee give them space.
