摘　　要：叙述了对水泥煅烧产生水泥工业废气的治理和水泥生产的环境监测,并基于此对水泥工业排污收费的确定进行了论述。This paper described the governance of industry waste gas caused by cement production in cement calcinations and environment monitoring in cement production, and discussed the determination of charges for disposing pollutants of cement industry based on this.
