摘 要:在煤矿生产过程中,铸件产生裂纹往往会大大降低铸件的可靠性,缩短铸件使用寿命,所以找到铸件产生裂纹的原因,继而有效防止裂纹的形成,在煤矿生产中具有十分重要的意义。详细介绍了铸件的热裂和冷裂,并分析了其特征、形成的过程及影响形成的因素,旨在防止铸件裂纹生成,充分确保铸件正常运作。Casting cracks tended to significantly reduce the reliability of the casting, shorten the service life of the casting in the process of coal production, so it is of great significance to find the cause of the castings crack formation, and effectively prevent the formation of the crack in the coal production. The hot crack and cold crack of casting were introduced in detail, and the characteristics, formation process and influence factors were analyzed, which aimed at preventing casting crack formation, and fully ensure the normal operation of the casting.
