摘　　要：目的探讨有氧运动对维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者透析充分性及睡眠质量的影响。方法便利抽样法选择2010年6月至2013年6月在广西医科大学第一附属医院血液净化部进行MHD治疗的120例患者为研究对象,按入院先后将其分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组护理的基础上给予3次/周、共12周的有氧运动干预,测定并比较两组患者干预前后的血液透析充分性及睡眠质量。结果干预前,两组患者的尿素下降率(urea reduction rate,URR)、尿素清除指数(KT/V)及睡眠障碍的发生率,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者的URR、KT/V均高于对照组(均P<0.05),睡眠障碍的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者干预前后URR、KT/V及睡眠障碍的发生率,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);观察组患者干预后的URR、KT/V均高于干预前(均P<0.05),睡眠障碍的发生率低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论有氧运动可有效提高MHD患者的血液透析充分性,改善患者睡眠质量。Objective To evaluate the effects of aerobic exercise on adequacy of dialysis and sleeping quality in maintenance hemodialysis（MHD）patients.Methods By convenience sampling,120 MHD patients were randomly selected and equally divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received aerobic exercise three times a week for 12 weeks on the base of routine nursing care.The adequacy of dialysis and sleeping quality before and after intervention between two groups were assessed and compared.Results Before intervention,the urea reduction rate（URR）,urea clearance index（KT/V）and incidence of sleeping disorder of two groups had no statistical significance（all P〉0.05）.After intervention,the URR,KT/V in observation group were higher than which in control group（all P〈0.05）,and the incidence of sleeping disorder was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.There was no statistical significance of URR,KT/V and incidence of sleeping disorder before and after intervention in control group（all P〉0.05）.The URR and KT/V in observation group after intervention was higher than before intervention（all P〈0.05）,and the incidence of sleeping disorder was lower than before intervention（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Aerobic exercise can effectively improve patients＇ adequacy of hemodialysis and sleeping quality.
