采煤工作面机组牵引链伤人原因及对策

摘　　要：结合矿井实际,通过对采煤工作面伤人事故的统计分析,发现小伤小碰事故多发主要源于采煤工作面,而采煤机组牵引链伤人又是其中最为普遍的情况。文章以机组牵引链伤人的变现形式入手,进行层次分析,提出除牵引链,工作面煤帮、顶底板等条件也是事故发生的重要原因。因此从技术和管理两方面提出解决问题的具体措施,取得较为明显的安全效益。Combined with mine actual production,the statistics analysis of mine personal injuries accidents shows that most of little collision accidents are occurred in coal mining face and the haulage chain injury accidents of shearer are the most common accident. Using analytic hierarchy process,the analysis on the injury accidents of haulage chain shows the main causes are haulage chain,coal wall and roof and floor. In the last,the concrete measures from the aspects of technology and management was proposed and the safety benefits were achieved.
