摘 要:针对目前高炉操作炉型管理模型中存在用于评价炉型的指标多且重叠性大的问题,提出一种基于主成分分析的改进方法.该方法能够从传统评价炉型的指标(焦比、煤比、综合焦比、利用系数及铁水硅含量)中生成3个核指标,新的核指标空间相互独立,且能够代表原有的指标,从而解决了指标多且重叠性大的问题.在国丰1号1 780 m3高炉,开发应用了该改进的高炉操作炉型模型,确定了该高炉的主要操作炉型类别并对其进行了评价.Aiming at solving the existing problems that there are many indexes used in operation profile evaluation and there are many overlaps among them,an improved method based on principal component analysis( PCA) was proposed. The method can generate three newcore indicators from traditional indexes in operation profile evaluation( coke ratio, coal ratio,comprehensive coke ratio,utilization coefficient and the silicon content in hot metal). The newcore indicators are independent of each other in space,and can represent the original ones. The above problems are thus solved. The improved model of operation profile evaluation was developed and applied to No. 1 1 780 m3 blast furnace in Guofeng Steel,and the main categories of operation profile of the blast furnace were determined and evaluated.
