摘　　要：近50年来,肝移植技术发展迅速,肝移植术后免疫抑制方案也发生了巨大的变化,尤其是糖皮质激素的使用越来越有争议,如何有效降低急性排斥反应发生率的同时避免激素相关不良反应?如何达到免疫抑制方案最简种类、最少剂量原则?诸多问题使得许多移植中心开始探索无激素免疫抑制方案的有效性及安全性。本文拟对目前无激素免疫抑制方案种类、应用情况及治疗进展等做一综述。In the last 50 years,surgical techniques of liver transplantation have been developed rapidly. The great changes have also taken place in the immunosuppression,especially the use of corticosteroid became more controversial. How to effectively reduce acute rejection while avoiding the side-effects of corticostoroid？ How to find the minimal immunosuppression？ These questions call many centers begin to explore the efficacy and safety of steroid-free immunosuppressive regimen. This article reviewed the types,application and treatment progress of steroid-free immunosuppressive regimen.
