摘　　要：目的:研究代谢综合征的中医体质分布及与血脂、BMI、生活质量相关性。方法:对206例代谢综合征患者进行调查,同时检测血脂、BMI及生活质量评分。结果:代谢综合征体质分布为痰湿质(35.0%)、湿热质(34.0%),气虚质(12.1%),阴虚质(7.3%),气郁质(5.8%),血瘀质(2.9%),阳虚质(2.4%);血脂与痰湿质、湿热质呈显著相关性,BMI与痰湿质、湿热质相关,生活质量量表与痰湿质、湿热质、气虚质、阴虚质均相关。结论:代谢综合征体质分布以痰湿质、湿热质为主,血脂、BMI与痰湿质、湿热质呈显著相关性,生活质量量表与痰湿质、湿热质、气虚质、阴虚质均相关。Objective： To explore the relationship of TCM constitution distribution and blood lipid,BMI and SF-36 in metabolic syndrome. Methods： TCM constitution investigation form was used to judge TCM constitutions of 206 patients and blood lipid,BMI and SF-36 were detected. Results： It was found that phlegm damp constitution accounted for 35. 0%,damp heat constitution for 34. 0%,qi deficiency constitution for 12. 1%,yin deficiency constitution for 7. 3%,qi stagnation constitution for 5. 8%,bood stagnation constitution for 2. 9%,yang deficiency constitution for 2. 4%. Blood lipid level had positive correlation with phlegm damp constitution and damp heat constitution. The analysis showed that BMI was positively associated with phlegm damp constitution and damp heat constitution. The score of SF-36 was associated with phlegm damp constitution,damp heat constitution,qi deficiency and yin deficiency constitution. Conclusion： The phlegm damp constitution and damp heat constitution are predominant in the patients metoblic syndrome. Blood lipid level,BMI and the score of SF-36 were associated with the abnormal constitution.
