摘　　要：刘贵颖教授认为风邪是咳嗽变异性哮喘发病的始动环节,"风、燥、痰、瘀"是其主要的病机,以"疏风宣肺"为核心治则。临证用药轻灵,动静结合,注重培补中土,酌情加用引经药。Professor LIU Guiying considers that pathogenic wind is the onset of cough variant asthma,wind,phlegm,blood stasis are the main pathogenesis of asthma. To establish dispersing wind and dredging collaterals as core method. Professor LIU Guiying forms his own unique academic thought. He stressed drug lightly and combination of static and dynamic natures,adding guide drug if necessary.
