摘　　要：介绍夏翔教授治疗儿童自闭症的临床经验。自闭症的病位在脑,与肝、心二脏密切相关。其病因病机属于先天胎禀异常,元神受损,心窍不通,肝失疏泄,化风内扰,痰浊瘀热,蒙窍阻络。治疗大法从肝论治,祛风熄风,兼顾痰瘀,开通心窍。It is the introduction to the clinical experience of Professor XIA Xiang for treatment of children with autism. Autism disorders locate in the brain,closely related to liver and heart. The etiology and pathogenesis are congenital fetal intrinsic abnormalities,spirit damage,the orifices of the heart confound,failure of liver to convey and disperse,wind interference,obstruction and confusion of phlegm and blood stasis. Treatment focus is the disorder of liver,inhibiting wind,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,calming heart for resuscitation.
