理筋促通手法配合膀胱经走罐治疗腰肌劳损80例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨理筋促通手法配合膀胱经走罐治疗腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法:将160例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例,治疗组采用理筋促通推拿治疗配合膀胱经走罐,对照组采用壮骨关节丸口服,观察VAS、腰痛症状评分指标,治疗2个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果:两组腰肌劳损患者经不同的治疗方案治疗后,VAS与治疗前有显著差异(P<0.05),而理筋促通整复手法治疗的效果明显优于药物治疗(P<0.01);两组在腰部症状量化评分方面,除了药物对腰部压痛检查方面无明显变化外,其他几项均明显改善(P<0.01),而治疗组的效果明显优于对照组(P<0.001);在整体疗效方面,治疗组的整体治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:理筋促通整复手法配合膀胱经走罐对于慢性腰肌劳损治疗效果明显。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Lijincutong techniques with movable cupping on the bladder meridian therapy for lumbar muscle strain. Methods： 160 cases were randomly divided into treatment group（ 80 cases） and control group（ 80 cases）. The treatment group received Lijincutong techniques combined with movable cupping on the bladder meridian therapy. The control group used oral pills,VAS,back pain symptom score index and efficacy were evaluated after two courses treatment. Results： For two groups patients with muscle strain after different treatment regimens,there were significant differences of pre-VAS（ P〈0. 05）,whereas treatment effects of Lijincutong techniques of the entire complex manual therapy was superior to that of drug therapy（ P〈0. 01）; the two groups at the waist quantify symptom scores,in addition to the drug had no significant changes in the lumbar tenderness inspection areas,the other aspects were significantly improved（ P〈0. 01）,while the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 001）; in terms of the overall effect,the overall therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Promoting Ljincutong techniques combined with movable cupping on the bladder meridian therapy for chronic lumbar muscle strain has obvious effect through clinical observation.
