中药增乳汤剂结合穴位按摩对促进产后乳汁淤积的疗效观察及对乳汁分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药增乳汤剂结合穴位按摩对促进产后乳汁淤积的疗效观察及对乳汁分泌的影响。方法:选取2012年6月—2014年6月于该院就诊的乳汁淤积症患者60例,通过随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予中药增乳汤剂结合穴位按摩护理,对照组单纯给予穴位按摩护理,治疗3 d,观察两组患者的临床疗效及乳汁分泌情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.7%,较对照组83.3%显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患者的泌乳始动时间明显缩短,72 h泌乳量多的患者比例明显增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药增乳汤剂结合穴位按摩护理对促进产后乳汁淤积的疗效显著,可缩短泌乳始动时间,增加泌乳量,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine adding milk decoction combined point massage care for deposition of milk postpartum and the influence on the secretion of milk. Methods： 60 cases of patients with milk deposition disease in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases of patients in each group randomly. The patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine adding milk decoction combined point massage care,but the patients in the control group were treated with point massage care. The treatment time was 3 days,and then we observed the clinical effect and secretion of milk of the patients in the two groups. Results： The rateof total effective treatment of the observation group was 96. 7%,which was obviously higher than 83. 3% of the control group,the difference between different groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the control group,the lactation pick up time of the observation group was obviously shorter,and the amount of lactation in the 72 hours was obviously much more than that of the control group,the difference between different groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： There is a significantly clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine adding milk decoction combined point massage care for deposition of milk postpartum can not only shorten the lactation pick up time but also can increase the amount of lactation. It was worthy of clinical popularization and application.
