养心归草汤治疗持续性或永久性心房颤动临床观察

摘　　要：目的:临床观察养心归草汤治疗持续性或永久性心房颤动患者的疗效和药物安全性。方法:选择西医诊断符合持续性或永久性心房颤动,中医证候诊断为气血亏虚、痰瘀阻络证患者200例,以1:1随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组100例。对照组施予华法林+美托洛尔缓释片,治疗组在对照组基础上加用养心归草汤干预,疗程为180 d。结果:分别观察治疗前后临床症状积分、心电图及动态心电图变化。疗程结束后,治疗组临床疗效明显优予对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养心归草汤联合基础西药可明显改善持续性或永久性房颤患者临床症状,且药物安全性高。Objective： To investigate the effect and safety of Yangxin Guicao Tang on patients with persistent or permanent atrial fibrillation. Methods： 200 patients with persistent or permanent atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. Each group had 100 patients. The control group was given warfarin ＋ metoprolol and the treatment group received warfarin ＋ metoprolol ＋ Yangxin Guicao Tang. The duration of treatment was 180 days. Results： After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group in symptom integrals,ECG and 24 Holter ex-Amination（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： It is remarkable on clinic effect and safety of using Yangxin Guicao Tang combined with westen medicine to therapy patients with persistent or permanent atrial fibrillation.
