五仁润肠加味汤治疗痛风性肾脏病变伴慢性肾功能不全45例  

45 Cases of the Gouty Kidney Variable Associated with Chronic Renal Insufficiency Treated by Wuren Runchang Jiawei Decoction

摘　　要：目的:观察新宣降润下法的五仁润肠加味汤治疗痛风性肾病伴慢性肾功能不全早、中期患者的临床疗效,探讨其治疗机理,为临床提供有效的治疗方药。方法:将96例痛风性肾病患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予新五仁润肠加味汤,对照组给予西药加胃肠透析液治疗,比较两组血尿酸(UA)、肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)。结果:治疗组与对照组均能降低血尿酸、肌酐水平,但对照组血尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮只降低67.86%,而治疗组血尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮能降低88.89%,与对照组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组45例无明显的肝功能损害及胃肠反应,对照组有12例出现反应。结论:新宣降润下法的五仁润肠加味汤对痛风性肾病疗效确切,副作用少及复发率低。Objective： To observe the effect of the dispersing and descending method Wuren Runchang Jiawei Decoction in treating gouty nephropathy with chronic renal insufficiency of early and middle-term patients,and provide effective prescriptions for clinical treatment. Methods： 96 cases of gouty nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group was given the Wuren Runchang Jawei Decoction,while the control group was given western medicine plus gastrointestinal dialysis treatment,and we compared two groups blood uric acid（ UA）,creatinine（ SCR）,blood urea nitrogen（ BUN）. Results： The treatment group and the control group could reduce the blood uric acid,creatinine level,but the blood uric acid and creatinine of the control group decreased only 67. 86%. While the blood uric acid and creatinine of the treatment group could reduce 88. 89%,compared with the control group（ P〈0. 05）,45 cases of the treatment group without obvious liver damage and gastrointestinal reaction,the control group had 12 cases of reaction. Conclusion： The new method of dispersing and descending Wuren Runchang Jiawei Decoction on gouty nephropathy has exact curative effect,less side effect and low relapse rate.
