摘 要:目的:观察苏木乙酸乙酯提取物对小鼠中枢神经系统和Beagle犬的心血管系统及呼吸系统的影响。方法:小鼠实验分为高、中、低3个剂量和空白对照组,给药组分别单次给予苏木乙酸乙酯提取物100、300、900 mg/kg灌胃,观察动物的自主活动和协调运动功能。Beagle犬实验分为高、低剂量组和空白对照组,给药组分别单次给予苏木乙酸乙酯提取物20、180 mg/kg灌胃,观察血压、心率以及呼吸流量和频率。结果:1苏木乙酸乙酯提取物100、300、900 mg/kg单次给药对小鼠中枢神经系统和机体协调运动功能均无明显影响。2苏木乙酸乙酯提取物20、180 mg/kg单次给药对Beagle犬的收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压、心率均无明显影响;对Beagle犬的呼吸流量和呼吸频率亦无明显影响。结论:苏木乙酸乙酯提取物对中枢神经系统和机体协调运动功能无不良影响;对心血管系统及呼吸系统亦无明显影响。Objective: To observe the effects of Sappanwood on cardiovascular,respiratory and nervous systems in Beagle dogs and mice. Methods: Mice received sinlge doses of Sappanwood of 100,300,900 mg / kg,and then the spontaneous activities and coordination of motor function were observed. Beagle dogs received single doses of Sappanwood of 20 mg / kg and 180 mg / kg; and then the BP,ECG,respiratory rate and respiratory rhythm were observed. Results: Sappanwood of low,medium and high dose had no effect on mice spontaneous activity and nervous system. Sappanwood had no effect on blood pressure of Beagle dogs and had no effect on P-R,P wave,QRS wave,T wave amplitude,or ST segment of ECG as well as respiratory frequency and depth in dogs.Conclusion: Sappanwood has no adverse effects on the central nervous system and the body movement coordination function,as well as on the circulatory system and the respiratory system.
