穴位贴敷疗法儿科用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:利用文献分析方法探索穴位贴敷疗法在儿科疾病中的用药规律,为临床合理用药以及制定相关规范提供参考依据。方法:以中国生物医学文献光盘数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学期刊文献数据库为来源进行检索。结果:纳入符合研究要求的临床文献244篇。穴位贴敷疗法以治疗儿科的呼吸系统和消化系统疾病为主,用药特点均以"辛温走窜"之品为常用药。呼吸系统常用药物为"白芥子、甘遂、延胡索、细辛",消化系统常用药物为"吴茱萸、肉桂、丁香、木香"。考虑儿童体质尚弱,贴敷选药仅局限于甘遂、吴茱萸等"有毒""小毒"药物。结论:应用文献分析方法分析穴位贴敷疗法在儿科疾病中的用药规律,对指导临床用药以及制定相关规范均具有一定的参考价值。但现有临床文献质量均不高,进一步的研究结论尚需高质量的临床研究报道。Objective： Literature analysis method was used in this article to explore the regularity of acupointapplication treatment in pediatric disease,aiming to provide reference for clinical use and guideline development. Methods： Clinical research papers of acupoint application treatment in pediatrics from 1975-2013 were retrieved and analyzed. Results： 244 papers were finally included. Most researches focused on pediatric respiratory and digestive system disease,commonly use herbs with pungent-warm characteristics. White mustard,Euphorbia kansui,Rhizoma Corydalis,Asarum are used to treat respiratory system disease in common,while Wuzhuyu,Cinnamon,Clove,Muxiang treating digestive disease. Considering the weakness body of children,only slight toxic herbs,such as Euphorbia kansui,Wuzhuyu,are used. Conclusion： It is certain that using literature analysis method to explore the regularity of acupointapplication treatment in pediatric disease provides reference to guide clinical medication use. However,the total quality and quantity of literatures are low. More clinical researches with higher quantity are urgently needed in the future.
