针刺四神聪穴对颈性眩晕患者椎-基底动脉血流速度变化的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺四神聪为主对颈性眩晕患者椎-基底动脉血流速度变化的影响。方法:所选104例患者在治疗前进行第一次TCD检测,记录两侧椎动脉、基底动脉平均血流速度,经治疗3个疗程后再次记录平均血流速度。结果:通过针刺四神聪等治疗可使平均血流速度增快的有所减慢,平均血流速度减慢的有所增快。结论:针刺四神聪为主对颈性眩晕患者椎-基底动脉血流速度变化影响显著。Objective： To observe the effect of vertebrobasilar artery blood flow velocity changes of cervical vertigo by acupuncturing Sishencong（ EX-HN1） as the main acupoints. Methods： First,the 104 patients were detected TCD before treatment,recording the blood flow velocity of the bilateral vertebral arteries and basilar atery and recording the blood flow velocity again after3 course of treatment. Results： After treatment,artery blood flow velocity can be slowed down which speeded up; and artery blood flow velocity can speed up which was slow down. Conclusion： There is obvious effect of vertebrobasilar artery blood flow velocity changes on treatment of cervical vertigo by acupuncture Sishencong（ EX-HN1） as the main acupoints.
