从中医“精气神”学说探讨针刺与神经干细胞移植在脑病治疗中的应用

摘　　要："精气神"学说是中医的重要基础理论之一,而神经干细胞与针刺是当今医学领域研究的热点,与脑病的治疗有着密切的联系。文章从中医的"精气神"学说角度,从作用机理与临床疗效两个方面进行分析,探讨针刺与神经干细胞移植在脑病治疗中的作用,认为神经干细胞与中医"精气神"理论中的"肾精"有着相似之处,或是中医"肾精"在细胞层面的一种表现形式,而针刺是人体调气重要而有效的手段,通过神经干细胞移植结合针刺调气,进而通过"精-气-神"的转化,促进"脑神"的修复。针刺与神经干细胞移植相结合为治疗脑病提供了新的研究思路,值得进一步深入进行实验及临床研究。The＂Spirit＂theory is one of the important TCM theories,and neural stem cells and acupuncture are the focus research in medical field,which have close connection with the treatment of encephalopathy. From the perspective of＂Spirit＂theory,this article aims to investigate the effect of neural stem cells and acupuncture in the treatment of encephalopathy,by means of summarizing the researches findings of neural stem cells and acupuncture in treating the encephalopathy. We consider that the neural stem cells have similarities of＂kidney essence＂of＂Spirit＂theory,or it＇s the＂kidney essence＂in the form of cellular level. What＇s more,acupuncture is one of the effective and important means of regulating Qi. In the treatment of encephalopathy,neural stem cells＇ transplantation combined with acupuncture is expected to promote the clinical curative effect,through the transformation of＂Essence-Qi-Spirit＂,to repair and solve the＂spirit disorder＂performance. Therefore,the combination of neural stem cells＇ transplantation and acupuncture is an effective way of treating encephalopathy,which is the product of traditional medicine and modern medicine,worthy of further clinical application.
