中药穴位敷贴治疗风湿性疾病研究进展

摘　　要：中药穴位敷贴是中医外治法中的一种,是在中医治未病理论指导下,利用药物透皮吸收技术作用于人体经络腧穴,配合药物局部吸收和激发穴位经气的作用,来达到治病防病的一种中医传统疗法。中药穴位敷贴在防病治病方面的作用深受广大患者好评,特别是在呼吸道疾病和风湿性疾病方面,单独使用或配合其他疗法协同作用都受到较好评价,现将近年中药穴位敷贴治疗风湿性疾病的临床报道综述如下,并分析相关实验研究,为临床医生在日常诊疗中应用此法,提供可靠的文献依据。Chinese medicine acupoint paste,which is a kind of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,is to prevent and treat diseases. Under the guidance of ＂Prevent Disease＂theory,this therapy is a treatment for various illnesses by pasting mixed traditional Chinese medicine powder on the point. Either functions along or combined with other therapies,the therapy is well-receive among patients,especially those who have respiratory or rheumatic diseases. The purposes of this paper are to summarize the clinical reports of this therapy and to analyze relevant experimental researches in order to provide some reliable basis for clinical work.
