甘肃省2012年生态足迹与生态承载力研究

摘　　要：为了定量测算甘肃省人类活动对自然资源的利用程度,运用生态足迹模型和生态承载力模型,对甘肃省2012年的生态足迹和生态承载力进行了计算和分析;并运用2000～2012年的数据和STIRPAT模型研究了人口增长、经济增长、能源效率和城镇化水平对生态足迹的定量影响.结果表明：2012年甘肃省人均生态足迹为3.41hm2,并以年均4%～5%的速率增长;人口增长对生态足迹有正向作用,经济增长、能源效率对生态足迹有负向影响,并且支持经济增长和城镇化与生态足迹之间的环境Kuznets曲线,离城镇化的拐点还有一段距离.据此认为,甘肃省需要继续依靠科技进步和提高劳动者的素质等来推动集约型经济增长来降低生态足迹;同时甘肃省应制订和施行积极的能源政策,加强对清洁能源的开发和利用,加快以＂绿色低碳＂为核心的新型城镇化路径.In order to quantitatively calculate the utilization degree of natural resources in Gansu Province,using ecological footprint model and ecological carrying capacity model,the ecological footprint and ecological capacity of Gansu Province in 2012 were calculated and analyzed.Using the data of 2000～2012and STIRPAT model to explore the quantitative influence of population growth,economic growth,energy efficiency and urbanization level on the ecological footprint.The results showed that in 2012,the per capita ecological footprint was 3.41hm2,and it kept an average growth rate of 4%～5%.The population growth had positive effect on the ecological footprint,while the economic growth,energy efficiency and ecological footprint had negative impacts.The evidences supported that economic growth and environmental Kuznets curve between urbanization and ecological footprint.Based on the results,it was suggested that Gansu Province government need to continue to rely on scientific and technological progress and improve the quality of the workers to promote the intensive economic growth in order to reduce human impact on the ecological environment.Meanwhile,Gansu Province government should formulate and implement positive energy policy,strengthen the development and utilization of clean energy,speed up the new path of urbanization,the core of which was green and low carbon.
