摘 要:目的探讨亚高原地区SD大鼠和KM小鼠血液指标参考值及其变化规律。方法将2 w龄SD大鼠和KM小鼠各60只按饲养地区分为亚高原组(海拔1890 m)和平原组(海拔540 m),分别于4、6、10 w龄时检测血液常规指标,比较两组的差异。结果取得亚高原组不同周龄、不同性别SD大鼠和KM小鼠的血液学指标均值;亚高原组不同周龄和性别的SD大鼠和KM小鼠的RBC、WBC和WBC分类计数呈规律性变化:6 w龄时RBC和WBC随周龄增加而增加,10 w龄时下降;6 w龄时WBC分类计数以嗜中性粒细胞增高为主,10 w龄时以淋巴细胞增高为主;两组同周龄、同性别大鼠和小鼠Hb比较均未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论确定了亚高原地区不同周龄、不同性别SD大鼠和KM小鼠的血液学常规指标数据库,为该地区生物医学研究奠定了基础,也为亚高原地区KM小鼠和SD大鼠标准化鉴定和质量控制提供了可靠的依据。Objective To explore the reference values and change rules of hematological indexes of SD rats and KM mice in sub-plateau area. Methods Total 120 two weeks old SI) rats and KM mice (each n = 60) were selected and divided into sub-plateau group (above sea level 1890 m) and plain group (above sea level 540 m) (n = 60 per group) on the basis of their breeding places. The routine hematological indexes in the two groups were tested and compared respectively, when the rats and mice were four, six and ten weeks old. Results The mean values of hematological indexes of SD rats and KM mice at different ages and of different genders in sub-plateau area were worked out. RBC, WBC and WBC differential counts of SD rats and KM mice at different ages and of different genders in sub-plateau area changed regularly: when they were six weeks old, RBC and WBC increased with the age growth, but when they were ten weeks old, RBC and WBC decreased; when they were six weeks old, the main WBC differential counts were the increased neutrophils; when they were ten weeks old, the main WBC differential counts were the increased lymphocytes; Hb indexes of rats and mice at same ages and of same genders in the two groups had no statistic difference (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The database of routine hematological indexes of SD rats and KM mice at different ages and of different genders in sub-plateau area is established, and this lays a foundation for the bio-medical research in this area and provides a reliable basis for the standard identification and quality control of KM rats and SD mice in sub-plateau area.
