摘 要:目的探讨亚高原地区SD大鼠和KM小鼠血液生化指标变化规律,确立参考值。方法将2 w龄SD大鼠和KM小鼠各60只,按饲养地区分为亚高原组(海拔1890 m)和平原组(海拔540 m),分别于4、6、10 w龄时检测血液生化指标,比较两组肝功能、肾功能、血脂及血糖的差异。结果取得亚高原地区不同周龄、不同性别SD大鼠和KM小鼠的血液生化指标均值。亚高原组的肝功能指标普遍高于平原组,以谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、白蛋白的改变为主(P<0.05);亚高原组肾功能指标也高于平原组(P<0.05),特别是习服时间越长,改变越明显;亚高原组血脂指标高于平原组(P<0.05);除平原组雄性KM小鼠血糖(GLU)高于亚高原组(P<0.05)外,其余亚高原组大、小鼠GLU均高于平原组(P<0.05)。结论建立了亚高原地区不同周龄、不同性别SD大鼠和KM小鼠的血液生化指标数据库,为该地区生物医学研究奠定了基础,也为亚高原地区KM小鼠和SD大鼠标准化鉴定和质量控制提供了可靠依据。Objective To explore the change rule of hematological biochemical indexes of SD rats and KM mice in sub-plateau area and to work out the normal reference values, blothoda Total 120 two weeks old SD rats and KM mice were selected and divided into sub-plateau group (above sea level 1890 m) and plain group (above sea level 540 m) (n = 60 per group) on the basis of their breeding places. Their hematological biochemical indexes were tested and the liver functions, kidney functions, blood lipids and blood glucose (GLU) in the two groups were compared respectively when the rats and mice were four, six and ten weeks old. Results The mean values of hematological biochemical indexes of SD rats and KM mice at different ages and of different genders in sub-plateau area were worked out. The liver function indexes in sub-plateau group were generally higher than those in plain group and the main differences were the levels of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT), glutamic-oxaloacetie transaminase (GOT) and albumin (P 〈 0.05). The kidney function indexes in sub-plateau group were also higher than those in plain group (P 〈 0.05) and the difference was more obvious with the growth of acclimatization time. The blood lipid indexes in sub-platean group were higher than those in plain group. Except that GLU of male KM mice in plain group were higher than those in sub-platean group (P 〈 0.05), GLU indexes of other rats and mice in sub-plateau group were all higher than those in plain group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The database of hematological biochemical indexes of SD rats and KM mice at different ages and of different genders in sub-plateau area is established, and this lays a foundation for the biomedical research in this area and provides a reliable basis for the standard identification and quality control of KM rats and SD mice in sub-platean area.
