摘  要:替代性评估是美国专门为认知障碍的学生设置的一种学业评估方式。自从1997年的《残疾人个别教育法修正案》首次确定了替代性评估的概念之后,美国各州相继形成了适合本州的替代性评估,其中德克萨斯州是美国最先采用基于调整成就标准后的替代性评估方式的州,具有较强的代表性。文章首先对德州替代性评估方式的发展历程、参与评估对象的资格、评估程序以及调整策略进行介绍,然后基于德州的替代性评估的启示对我国特殊教育评价体系的构建提出了几点建议。Alternative assessment is a kind of assessment specialized for cognitive disorder students in America. Since the concept of alternative assessment was first addressed in The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act Amendment of 1997, the states have formed an appropriate alternative assessment based on their local characteristics. Texas has been the first state to use the alternative assessment based on the modified achievement standard and has extensive representation. The development process of Texas alternative assessment, the qualifications of participates and the procedure of it and its modified strategies were first introduced, and then give some suggestions in building our special education assessment system in our country based on enlightenment of Texas SDAAⅡ.
