台湾地区身心障碍者社会保障制度探析

摘　　要：目前,我国大陆地区在残疾人社会保障领域的理论研究相对薄弱,导致在残疾人事业的制度实践上缺乏相应的理论指导。我国台湾地区的社会保障制度源自民国时期,至今已经发展了几十年之久,其中蕴含的独特价值观颇具自身特点,值得我国其他地区加以借鉴。文章在对台湾地区身心障碍者社会保障制度系统性的分析介绍的基础上,结合我国残疾人社会保障的现状,结合台湾地区的经验,对完善大陆地区残疾人社会保障制度进行探讨。In the mainland of China, the theoretical study of social security for the disabled in the field is relatively weak, resulting in the lack of theoretical guidance in the practice of the system of the cause of the disabled. Taiwan social security system from the period of the Republic of China, has developed for decades,and has its own characteristics and unique view of value contained in other areas worthy of reference. Based on the analysis of social security system of the disabled in Taiwan, the status quo of China disabled social security were discussed, combined with the experience of Taiwan, to improve the social security system for the disabled in China's Mainland.
