人力资本因素对残疾人就业影响的分析——基于安徽省六市数据的实证研究

摘  要:以残疾人就业的问卷调查数据为基础,运用Logistic回归模型,从先赋和后致人力资本这两个大方面来分析人力资本因素对残疾人就业的影响。发现残疾等级、劳动能力情况、身体健康状况、孤独感、对生活的信心和接受康复服务情况以及有无无障碍设施对残疾人就业具有显著性影响。基于此,提出注重对已制定法律法规的实施、完善残疾人就业制度、注意对残疾人的心理疏导以及加强对残疾人康复事业的投入和残疾人教育与培训力度等对策,来促进残疾人就业。On the basis of the data of questionnaire about employment of the disabled in 2013 and from the two aspects of inborn and acquired factors, this article uses the Logistics Regression Model to analyze the affect of human capital upon the handicapped employment. The study found that there are several aspects which have a significant effect on the handicapped employment including disabled rating, labor capability,health condition, loneliness, hope for life, rehabilitation services and barrier-free facilities. Therefore, some suggestions are put forward to facilitate employment of the disabled such as the enforcement of laws and regulations, the improvement of the disabled employment system, psychological counseling service, and the enhancement of rehabilitation service investment and education and training for the disabled.
