摘　　要：思想政治教育制度化是思想政治教育科学发展的必然选择,因为制度建设是根本的建设。思想政治教育工作是一项复杂的社会系统工程,必须依靠完善和健全的制度来保证。提升思想政治教育的制度化与规范化水平,需要我们重视并培养制度意识、树立正确的制度观念;发挥制度优势彰显制度文明;重视制度落实、提升思想政治教育的信度和效度。systematization is inevitable trend of the development of sciences of ideological and political education because systema- tization construction is fundamental. Ideological and political education is a complex social system project, which must be ensured by relying on perfect and sound system. In order to raise the level of standardization and systematization of ideological and political educa- tion, it is necessary for us to emphasize and foster the consciousness of its systematization, to establish right concept about its systema- tization, to produce benefits from its systematization, to manifest the civilization of its systematization, to stress the application of its systematization, and to raise the reliability and validity of ideological and political education.
