摘　　要：理论界对"文化"的概念理解莫衷一是,法律文化作为其子集也难免陷于此困境,文章立足于高校环境,从结构视角对法律文化进行研究,认为高校法律文化应该包括观念形态的法律文化、法律规范文化、法的实现文化、校园法律环境文化;并从以上四个方面对高校法律文化现状进行分析反思,最后尝试对高校法律文化建设进行结构性重构。Theorists have divergent understandings on the concept of ＂culture＂. As a subset of culture, legal culture inevitably en- counters this dilemma. Based on university environment and studying from the perspective of the structure, the article holds the view that the legal culture of universities should include the concept of legal culture forms legal culture, legal norms culture, the cultural law, the legal environment of campus culture; and analyzes the current situation of legal culture from the above four aspects, final at- tempts to remodel the legal structure of the cultural construction of university.
