摘  要:高校在法学本科学生培养模式改革的实践中逐渐达成共识,通识教育和专业教育并重,分类型培养学生,重视对学生法律实务技能和国际化的培养。德国和英国在"博罗尼亚进程"中高等法学教育的改革经验,美国丹尼尔·韦伯斯特学者荣誉计划和威斯康辛法学院的课程改革值得借鉴。我国法学本科学生培养模式在未来主要定位为培养合格的律师,细化课程设置,引入信息技术教学方法,增强学生的流动性,完善考核制度,确保法律教育的品质和进步。In the practice of the reform of cultivation mode of undergraduates in law major, all the universities have gradually reached an agreement that general education is as important as professional education, that cultivating students in different categories, and that paying more attention to cultivating students' legal practice skills and internationalization. Some foreign reform experience is worth learning, such as the reform experience of higher law education in the process of Bologna in Germany and England, American scholar Daniel Webster' s honors program, and the curriculum reform of Wisconsin Law School. In the future, the cultivation mode of undergraduates in law major in our country mainly focus on cultivating qualified lawyers, setting up the curriculum in detail, leading in- to teaching method of information technology, strengthening the mobility of students, improving the examination system, and making sure the quality and progress of law education.
