摘　　要：知识产权教育是国家推进知识产权战略的重要手段,理工科大学生凭借突出的创新和创造能力成为知识产权战略的主要推践行者。从阐明知识产权教育对理工科大学生全面发展的意义入手,剖析理工科大学生接受知识产权教育的特点及其面临的主要阻碍,在借鉴国外知识产权教育经验的基础上从健全知识产权教育体制、完善培养计划和课程体系、优化师资结构和创新实践教学等四个方面提出加强理工科大学生知识产权教育的建议。Intellectual property education is the key means for nation to implement intellectual property strategy. University students of science technology with outstanding creativity have become the major practitioners for intellectual property strategy. Starting from clarifying the significance of the intellectual property education for the integrated development of university students of science technology, this paper has analyzed those students＇ features and challenges when receiving intellectual property education. On the ba- sis of drawing lessons from foreign intellectual property education experience, this paper has put forward some suggestions to improve intellectual property education of university students of science technology in following four aspects ： strengthening the system of intel- lectual property education, perfecting training plan and curriculum system, optimizing the structure of teaching resource, and innova- ting practical teaching.
