摘 要:针对底板揭缓倾斜突出厚煤层传统揭煤技术中存在的安全岩柱厚度控制困难、放揭煤炮后易留下"煤坎"等问题,提出了"留底"法构造石门导硐揭煤技术并进行了系统阐述。结合胡底煤矿主运输石门措施巷揭3#煤具体情况,详细讨论了相关施工工艺流程和关键安全技术措施。实践证明,该方法能安全有效揭缓倾斜突出厚煤层。Aiming at the problems of traditional cross -cut uncovering technology in floor uncovering outburst thick coal seam with gentle inclination, such as "coal stage" left after coal uncovering shot, and difficulty in thickness control of safety rock - pillar. The technology of pilot drifting coal uncovering was proposed, with cross - cut structured with bottom - reserving. Combining with the specific conditions of the main transportation cross - cut measures tunnel uncovering 3# coal in Hudi Coal Mine, the construction process and key technical measures for safety were discussed in detail. Practice proved that this technology can safely and effectively uncover gently inclined outburst thick coal seam.
