摘  要:纳米金棒可以增强飞秒激光对细胞生命活动的调控能力,这主要是源于纳米金棒与匹配波长的飞秒激光作用产生了表面等离子体共振效应,而飞秒激光与细胞相互作用的主要机理仍不明确,一般认为同时存在非线性效应和热效应.通过建立数学模型定量描述了飞秒激光的热效应,并通过实验对比不同参数下飞秒激光调控含有纳米金棒的细胞内钙水平的效果,证明了非线性效应和热效应同时影响飞秒激光对细胞内钙水平的调控,且热效应起主导作用.Gold nanorods(GNRs) can enhance the cell signal modulation by femtosecond lasers, due to the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) between GNRs and femtosecond lasers with matched wavelength. However, the mechanism of the interaction between femtosecond lasers and cells remains unclear. It is usually maintained that nonlinear effect and thermal effect exist simultaneously. Theoretical model was es- tablished to mathematically describe the thermal effect of femtosecond lasers. Furthermore, through ex- periments the abilities of femtosecond lasers to modulate calcium-level in cells which contain GNRs were compared under different parameters, which proved that nonlinear effect and thermal effect were both ef- fective in the calcium-level modulation, and that thermal effect is the leading factor.
