摘  要:本文基于5个国家1961-2011年的贸易数据,计算国际市场占有率、显示对称性比较优势指数、显示性竞争优势指数和贸易竞争指数来衡量中国与TPP核心国农产品国际竞争力,并实证分析了农产品国际竞争力的影响因素。研究发现,TPP核心成员国新西兰、澳大利亚和美国农产品国际竞争力较强,而中国和日本相对较弱;不过,新西兰、美国和中国农产品国际竞争力提升较快,澳大利亚和日本下降很快;土地和劳动力生产率、土地资源条件提升了农产品国际竞争力,技术生产率和经济规模发挥了负面效应,虚拟变量TPP在一定程度上有助于提高农产品国际竞争力。为此,中国应提高土地和劳动力要素生产率,保护人均耕地资源,降低农业经济规模,不宜过度增大技术要素生产率,尽早参与TPP谈判。Utilizing trade data of five countries from 1961- 2011, this paper calculates the international market share, the revealed symmetric comparative ad- vantage index, the revealed competitive advantage index and the trade competi- tive index to measure the international competitiveness of agricultural trade prod- ucts between China and TPP key members, and investigate the factors influenc- ing the international competitiveness of agricultural products. The research finds that the international competitiveness of agricultural products in New Zealand, Australia, the USA and the TPP key members has improved quickly, but that of China and Japan has fallen quickly. The findings show that land productivity, la- bor productivity and land resource conditions can promote the international com- petitiveness of agricultural products, while technology productivity and economy scale play a negative role, and dummy TPP helps to improve the international competitiveness of agricultural products to a certain extent. As a suggestion, Chi- na should improve land productivity and labor productivity, protect per capita ara- ble land resources, reduce agricultural economy scale, mildly increase technology factor productivity and participate in TPP negotiations as early as possible.
