320排动态容积CT尿路造影在尿路梗阻性疾病中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨320排动态容积CT对尿路梗阻性疾病的临床应用价值。方法使用320排动态容积CT对64例患者进行扫描及CT尿路造影重建,所有病变均通过手术或病理证实,其中泌尿系结石51例、泌尿系统肿瘤9例、泌尿系结核4例。结果所有病例经CT尿路造影均可清晰显示尿路梗阻性病变的位置、形态及与周围组织的关系等,从而做出定性诊断。结论 320排动态容积CT诊断尿路梗阻性病变定位、定性准确,具有重要的临床价值。Objective To investigate the clinical application of urography by 320 row of dynamic volume CT（CTU）for urinary tract obstruction. Methods Sixty-four patients with urinary symptoms received urography by 320 row dynamic volume CT. All pathological changes through surgery or conventional pathology inspection confirmation,including ureteral calculus（n=51）,urinary tract neoplasms（n=4）,urinary tuberculosis（n=4）. Results CTU can clearly demonstrate the location of urinary tract obstruction,morphology,and the relationship with the surrounding tissue,so the qualitative diagnosis can be comfirmed. Conclusion CTU is a new and safe imaging technique with excellent accuracy in the diagnosis of urinary tract obstruction,it has an important clinical value.
