摘  要:为了克服以往晶体旋光率测量方法存在误差大、精度低、实用性差等不足,提出了一种基于液晶相位可变延迟器(LCVR)的石英晶体旋光率测量方法。改变液晶相位可变延迟器所加驱动电压,精确控制液晶相位延迟量,对偏振光进行调制。通过偏振光调制法测量斯托克斯(Stokes)参量,从而实时、准确地测量石英晶体旋光率。采用PIN光电二极管对偏振光信号进行探测,经光电变换后利用信号调理电路实现信号采集。将采集到的数据进行处理并显示。实验结果表明,该方法的测量精度为0.57%。In order to overcome the shortages of detection of quartz crystal specific rotary power measurement by rotate polarizer method, these shortages are big error, low precision and poor practicability etc. Put forward a measurement for quartz crystal specific rotary power measurement based on liquid crystal variable retarder (LCVR). Change the driving voltage of liquid crystal variable retarder, accurately control the liquid crystal phase retardation, and modulate the polarized light. By measuring the Stokes parameters according to polarization modulation method, real-time and accurate measurement for quartz crystal specific rotary power is done. Detection of polarized light signal using PIN photodiode, after the photoelectric conversion, signal conditioning circuit is used to achieve signal processing, signal collection etc. Process collected data and display. The experimental results show that the method measurement accuracy is 0.57%.
