清代广东医家何梦瑶之脉学经验

摘　　要：整理清代广东医家何梦瑶的脉诊著作,文章简介何氏生平及其著作,对脉之所候、脉之纲目、诊脉指感、病脉顺逆、诊脉细节等作研究探讨,凝炼其学术特色。何氏宗《黄帝内经》《难经》《脉经》等中原医家之旨而融会贯通,无流派偏倚,并且诊脉因地制宜。其书著汲纳与批判同在,继承与发扬结合,具有很高的研究价值。Guangdong medical expert HE Meng-yao＇s works of pulse taking in Qing dynasty were arranged. This paper simply introduced HE Meng-yao＇s life and the representative writings, and explored the content, outline, finger-feeling, favorable and adverse trends, detail and so forth of pulse taking for refining his academic characteristics. HE Meng-yao followed the tenets of The Inner Canon of Huangdi, Classic of Questioning and Pulse Classic and achieved mastery through a comprehensive study. HE Meng-yao＇s academic idea was not belonged to any academic schools, and the pulse taking was adjusted to local conditions. The characteristics of HE Meng-yao＇s works were coexistence with absorbing and criticizing, and combination with inherited and promoted, which had great research value.
