摘  要:目的:建立牛樟芝水溶性成分的HPCE-DAD指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用高效毛细管电泳法进行色谱分离,以60mmol/L硼砂(p H值9.3)为运行缓冲液,分离电压为22k V,检测波长为260nm,压力进样为50mbar×6s,毛细管温度为28℃。以腺苷为参照物,测定其指纹图谱,并作模糊聚类分析和相似度评价。结果:初步建立了以10个共有峰为特征指纹信息的牛樟芝水溶性成分的HPCE-DAD指纹图谱,相似度较高,色谱分离度较好,达到了中药指纹图谱的技术要求。结论:方法准确可靠,重现性好,可用于牛樟芝内在质量的评价和控制。Objective: To establish the analytical method for the fingerprint of water-soluble components of Antrodia camphorata by HPCE-DAD. Methods: Based on the mode of high performance capillary electrophoresis, 60mmol/L sodium borate was used as buffer solution(p H 9.3). The separation voltage was 22 k V and the detection wavelength was set at 260 nm. The sample was injected at 50mbar×6s and column temperature was maintained at 28℃. Adenosine was used as reference standard, the chromatographic fingerprints were determined. The data were analyzed by fuzzy cluster and fingerprint similarity evaluation software to compare the similarity of samples. Results: HPCE-DAD fingerprints with 10 common peaks of water-soluble components of Antrodia camphorata were established preliminarily. There was a high similarity and each chromatographic peak was obtained with good separation and correlation according to the technical requirements of fingerprint. Conclusion: The method was reliable, accurate and could be used for quality control of Antrodia camphorata.
