摘  要:目的:评价母亲孕期饮食与哮喘患儿婴幼儿期反复喘息的相关性。方法:采用回顾性临床流行病学调查方法,对100例3岁前发病的哮喘患儿及其母亲进行临床研究,并随机选取100例无过敏性疾患的儿童及母亲作为对照,调查分析内容包括一般资料、病史资料、个人及家族过敏史资料、围产期资料、母亲孕期一般情况和饮食情况等。结果:病例组母亲孕期进食鱼虾蟹类、水果类、肉类、辛辣类、荤汤类食品的量均明显多于对照组(P<0.01)。不同食物摄入等级与婴幼儿期喘息发作次数的相关性分析显示,鱼虾蟹类的摄入等级不同,哮喘患儿1、2、3岁内的喘息次数有显著性差异(P<0.01);水果类的摄入等级不同,哮喘患儿1、2岁内喘息次数有显著性差异(P<0.01);辛辣类的摄入程度对1岁内喘息次数有显著影响(P<0.01,P<0.05)。而母亲孕期纯牛奶、肉类、荤汤类的摄入程度对哮喘患儿婴幼儿期喘息次数无明显影响。结论:母亲孕期鱼虾蟹类、水果类、辛辣类的过多摄入与哮喘患儿婴幼儿期反复喘息具有相关性。Objective: To evaluate the correlation between mother's diet during pregnancy and recurrent wheezing of asthma children in infancy period. Methods: By adopting the retrospective clinical epidemiological investigation, 100 asthma children who suffered from wheeze before 3 years old and their mothers were involved for the clinical study, and another 100 children of no allergic disease were randomly selected and their mothers as comparison. The investigation contents included general information, history data, personal and family history of allergies, perinatal information, mother's general situation and diet during pregnancy and so on. Results: The case group's mothers ate more foods of fish and shrimp and crab, fruits, meat, spicy food, meat soup in pregnancy than the control group(P〈0.01). The correlation analysis of food intake levels and the frequency of wheezing attack in infancy period showed that, different intake grades of fish and shrimp and crab affected the frequency of wheezing attack in asthma children under one-, two-, or three-year old with significant difference(P〈0.01); as well as the different fruits intake level in asthma children under one- or two-year old(P〈0.01), spicy food intake level under one-year old(P〈0.01, P〈0.05); while the pure milk, meat, meat soup food intake levels with no significant difference. Conclusion: Excessive fish and shrimp and crab, fruits, spicy food intake in pregnancy is associated with recurrent wheezing of asthma children in infancy.
