摘　　要：倪诚教授论治湿疹提出"特禀体质不耐异气的发病观""湿热也可直入血分的病机观"与"脱敏调体凉血清透的治疗观"。文章介绍其临床验方"凉血消疹汤"的制方思路和组方原理,并通过一则医案具体介绍倪诚教授诊治湿疹的临证经验。Professor NI Cheng from his experience of treating eczema presents that ‘the onset view that specific endowment constitution cannot endure pathogen＇, ‘the pathogenesis view that damp and heat can go directly into blood＇ and ‘the treatment view of recuperate constitution by desensitization, blood cooling and body clearing＇. This paper introduces his prescription formulating thoughts and composition principle of ‘Liangxue Xiaozhen Decoction＇, and shares prefessor NI＇s clinical experice on diagonosing and treating elzema by one medical case.
