摘　　要：文章介绍了杨文华教授辨治急性白血病的经验,强调其病因病机为正虚为本、邪毒为标,创制了化疗期、抑制期、缓解期及不化疗期之单元疗法,病证结合、有的放矢治疗老年难治性白血病,用药组方突出主药,善用对药,注重四气五味,体现了鲜明的中医特色,突出中西医结合个体化治疗,注重人性化,不仅以治疗本病为目的,而且还考虑到患者的生活质量。杨文华教授多年积累的宝贵经验对于急性白血病的治疗与研究具有实用意义和重要价值。This paper introduces the experience of professor YANG Wen-hua on treating acute leukemia, who emphasizes the pathogenesis is body resistance weakened as origin and pathogenic factors prevailing as outside appearance, creates the unit treatment, including chemotherapy unit, suppression unit, remission unit and no chemotherapy unit. She proposes the treatment for senile refractory leukemia by combining disease and syndrome with purpose. And she is good at using the main drug and the pair of drug in prescription, and pays attention to four properties and five tastes, which reflects the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）. She also lays stress on the individual treatment of combing TCM and western medicine for humanization, not only regards treatment as object, but also considers the life quality of patients. Professor YANG＇s precious experience accumulated for many years has practical significance and important value on the treatment and study of acute leukinmia.
