摘　　要：门成福教授按"癥瘕""不孕症"辨治多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕,根据肾虚血瘀主要病机,分为肾虚血瘀、痰湿阻滞及肝气郁结3种证型。采用四二五合方灵活用药,辨证与辨病相结合,调整月经周期,取得了显著效果。Professor MEN Cheng-fu treats polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） infertility according to ‘abdominal mass＇ and ‘infertility＇. Kidney and blood stasis as the main pathogenesis of PCOS, and professor MEN divides PCOS into 3 types： kidney deficiency and blood stasis, phlegm stagnation and liver-qi depression. He treats PCOS infertility and regulates the menstrual cycle with co-prescription of Four-Two-Five, combining with syndrome differentiation and disease, which has remarkable effects.
