针刺对胰性脑病大鼠脑组织保护作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究针刺对胰性脑病(PE)大鼠脑组织的保护作用及病理机制。方法:45只SD大鼠经尾静脉注射精制猪磷脂酶A2(PLA2)复制PE模型,随机分为模型组、针刺对照组和针刺治疗组,每组15只,另设15只为假模型(sham)组。针刺对照组针刺大鼠脾经穴位、背俞穴以及头部腧穴;针刺治疗组加针刺任脉腧穴。观察各组大鼠的一般情况以及脑组织病理学结果。结果:模型组脑组织见明显病理学改变,脑组织含水量、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量均逐步增加;针刺治疗组和针刺对照组随时间的延长,上述指标有明显的改善,且针刺治疗组优于针刺对照组(P<0.05)。结论:河图洛书原理指导下的针刺对PE大鼠脑组织保护作用明显,其作用机制可能与抑制脑组织水肿和炎性改变等有关。Objective： To investigate pathological mechanism and the protective effect of acupuncture in pancreatic encephalopathy（PE） rats. Methods： Forty-five SD rats were induced by infusion of phospholipase A2 into the caudal vein, and radomized into a model group, acupuncture control（AC） group and acupuncture treatment（AT） group, 15 in each group; and another 15 rats were set as a sham group. The AC group was treated at acupuncture points of spleen channels, back-shu and head. Besides, the AT group was treated at abdominal acupoints. Their general situation and pathological results in brain tissue were observed. Results： The pathological change was observed in the model group. The water content and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） and interleukin-6（IL-6） in brain tissue in the model group were increased, and those of AC and AT groups were reduced with the extension of time. The results of AT group were all superior to the AC group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The protective effect of acupuncture under the guidance of the principle of Hetu Luoshu is obvious for cerebral protection in PE rats. Its mechanism might be related to restrain encephaledema and inflammatory change of brain.
