左归丸对衰老大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞增殖的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究补肾益精代表方左归丸对衰老大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞(MSC)增殖的影响。方法:含D-半乳糖完全培养基诱导MSCs,制备衰老MSCs模型。观察各组MSCs形态,生长周期,细胞生长曲线,β-半乳糖苷酶衰老细胞染色结果。结果:模型组大鼠MSC OD值明显低于正常组,左归丸组大鼠MSC OD值明显高于模型组(P<0.05)。模型组衰老细胞阳性率高于正常组,左归丸组衰老细胞阳性率明显低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:左归丸能提高衰老大鼠MSC减弱的增殖能力。Objective：To investigate the effects of representative decoction for invigorating kidney and nourishing essence,Zuogui pill on the proliferation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell（MSC） in aging rats.Methods：Aging MSCs model was established by D-galactose,the morphologic characteristics,growth cycle,growth curve,β-galactosidase senescent cells staining were observed.Results：The OD value of MSC in the model group was significantly lower than that in the normal group,while in the Zuogui Pill group was significantly higher than that in the model group（P〈0.05）.The positive rate in the model group was significantly higher than that in the normal group,while in the Zuogui Pill group was significantly lower than that in the model group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Zuogui Pill could reduce the proliferation of MSC in aging rat.
