摘 要:在阐述我国海铁联运作业流程现状的基础上,针对现有作业流程存在的主要问题,运用价值链理论分析作业流程的核心价值活动,提出可增值环节。结合海铁联运作业流程的特点,利用物联网技术优化海铁联运作业流程,分析优化后的作业流程优势。采用模糊综合评价法与有无对比法相结合的方法,评价应用物联网技术前后海铁联运的作业流程。通过比较结果,进一步优化物联网对海铁联运作业流程,提高海铁联运物流作业效率。Based on expounding status of operation process of sea-rail intermodal transportation in China, targeting with main problems existing in current operation process, this paper, by using value chain theory, analyzes the core value activities of the operation process and puts forward the value-added links. Combining with characteristics of the operation process of sea-rail intermodal transportation, the operation process was optimized by using IOT(Internet of Things) technology, and then the advantages of the process after optimizing was analyzed. By using the method of combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with contrast(no contrast) method, the operation process of sea-rail intermodal transportation before and after applying IOT technology were evaluated. Through comparing the results, the operation process of sea-rail intermodal transportation based on IOT was optimized and the logistic operation efficiency of the transportation was increased.
