摘 要:随着对钢筋混凝土结构疲劳性能研究的深入,需要结合实际工程开展更多的变幅疲劳试验。通过钢筋混凝土梁的等幅及变幅试验,研究分析了超载作用对梁破坏形态、疲劳寿命、挠度和裂缝宽度等变化规律的影响。试验结果表明,受超载作用的梁均发生斜截面疲劳破坏,过大的超载作用次数会导致梁迅速破坏,且超载作用会明显增加梁跨中挠度及裂缝宽度。研究成果可为超载运营桥梁的寿命预测及维护加固提供依据。Numerous researches on fatigue performance of reinforced concrete structure have been done. However, more variable amplitude fatigue experiments combined with practical engineering need to be carried out urgently. By the constant and variable amplitude fatigue experiment on reinforced concrete beam, this paper focused on the overload effect on failure mode, fatigue life and variation of deflection and crack width. The results indicated that the diagonal sectional fatigue failure occurred on all the beams subjected to overload. In addition, the excessive number of overload cycles would result in rapid destruction of reinforced concrete beam. Moreover, the mid-span deflection and crack width would increase evidently of the beams overloaded. The achievements in this paper could provide further reference for life prediction and maintenance of concrete bridge under overload operating.
