双排螺旋CT成像在结肠癌诊断中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察双排螺旋CT成像对结肠癌的诊断价值。方法选择60例结肠癌患者作为研究对象,分别通过双排螺旋CT以及结肠气钡双重造影诊断。对结肠癌检出率进行对比,以最终诊断结果作为金标准,计算结肠癌分布部位检出符合率情况。结果观察组结肠癌检出率明显高于对照组,观察组在不同结肠癌分布部位检出与最终诊断结果符合率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双排螺旋CT成像在结肠癌诊断中有非常确切的价值,检出率高,对病灶分布部位的检出情况与最终诊断结果一致性高,可进一步推广应用。Objective To observe the diagnostic value of double-slice helical CT for colon cancer. Methods Sixty patients with colon cancer were selected in this study. Double-slice helical CT（observation group） and double contrast barium enema（control group） were performed in all cases, and the detection rates of colon cancer were compared. With final diagnosis as the gold standard, the detecting coincidence rates of distribution sites of colon cancer were analyzed. Results The detection rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the detecting coincidence rates of distribution sites of colon cancer of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, P 0.05. Conclusions Double-slice helical CT has significant clinical value in the diagnosis of colon cancer, with high detection rate and high detecting coincidence rates of distribution sites.
