平衡测试与训练联合康复功能训练对改善早期脑卒中患者平衡功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨康复功能训练结合平衡测试与训练对早期脑卒中患者平衡功能恢复的效果。方法选取60例脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,均进行常规治疗结合康复功能训练,治疗组同时配合平衡测试与训练。结果治疗后,两组患者的平衡功能评定(BBS)得分及Fugl-Meger运动功能评定(FMA)得分显著高于治疗前,且治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复功能训练结合平衡测试与训练能显著改善早期脑卒中患者的平衡功能,提高治疗效果。Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation treatment combined with balance test and exercise on the functional outcome of stroke patients in early stage. Methods Sixty patients with stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group equally. All patients were given rehabilitation treatment, in addition, the treatment group was given balance test and exercise. Results After treatment, the Berg balance scale（BBS） score and Fugl-Meyer assessment（FMA） score increased significantly in both groups（P 0.05）, and the treatment group was superior to the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusions Rehabilitation treatment combined with balance test and exercise is effective to improve the balance function of stroke patients in early stage and can improve the curative effects.
