小柴胡汤合红景天加减联合辨证施护对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察小柴胡汤合红景天加减联合辨证施护对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者生活质量的影响。方法选择稳定期COPD患者60例均分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗和护理,研究组给予小柴胡汤合红景天加减治疗及中医辨证施护。结果两组治疗后FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC较治疗前有显著升高(P<0.05),组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组治疗后呼吸症状评分均显著下降(P<0.05),组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组呼吸症状、疾病影响、活动受限及SGRQ平均评分均显著低于治疗前及对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论小柴胡汤合红景天加减可促进患者肺功能的改善,联合辨证护理可进一步提高生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of ingredient-altered minor bupleurum decoction and herba rhodiolae combined with nursing with syndrome differentiation on quality of life（QOL） of patients with COPD in stable phase. Methods Sixty COPD patients in stable phase were divided into two groups equally. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing, while the research group was given treatment of ingredient-altered minor bupleurum decoction and herba rhodiolae and nursing with syndrome differentiation. Results The FVC, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of two groups increased significantly after therapy（P 0.05）, which showed no statistical difference between two groups（P 0.05）. The respiratory symptoms scores of two groups decreased significantly after therapy（P 0.05）, but the scores of disease impact, limited mobility and SGRQ decreased significantly only in research group（P 0.05）, which significantly lower than those of control group after therapy（P 0.05）. Conclusions Ingredient-altered minor bupleurum decoction and herba rhodiolae can promote the improvement of lung function of COPD patients in stable phase, and nursing with syndrome differentiation can further improve the quality of life of patients.
